Last week, only two days after moving to working remotely, a financial services company suffered their biggest operational loss in their history. Millions were wiped out as a result of lack of clarity around expectations, ownership, responsibilities, priorities and communication rules in this new world for the vast majority of them.
So, what can financial services leaders do at this critical time? We believe that they can learn from the great Michelin Starred Chefs who operate in a demanding, time critical, fast changing, high pressure environment where the well co-ordinated contribution of every individual counts.
